Mindfulness

Mindfulness is about maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and our surrounding environment. When we practice mindfulness, our thoughts tune into what we’re sensing in the present moment rather than re-hashing the past or imagining the future.

The benefits of mindfulness are many, such as, improving your attention, memory, and intuition, leting you live in the present, with more energy, and creativity. Mindfulness can improve your immune system, depressive state, self-esteem, self-worth, and better relationship with others, a happier life.

As an addition or enhancement to our mindfulness programs we run a 3-day mindfulness weekend retreat from our remote and secluded olive farm in Benifallet, Tarragona that overlooks a river Ebro valley and mountains. The location naturally lends itself to relaxation and calmness where the wellbeing of our clients is the very essence of the weekend. 

Apart from the core mindfulness sessions, we ensure the experience is unforgettable by including related fun mindfulness activities.
